1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LocalFronts website and any services provided by Local Fronts Ltd. (“LocalFronts,” “we,” “us”), located at 1500 West Georgia, Suite 1300, Vancouver, BC V6G 2Z6. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide website design, local SEO, AI visibility, Google Business Profile management, and care & hosting services as described on our website and agreed with each client individually. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed before work begins.
3. Payment & billing
One-time website builds are billed per the agreed pricing tier. Monthly SEO, AI visibility, and care & hosting plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract, and can be cancelled at any time. A 7-day trial period applies as described at signup — if the service isn't the right fit within that window, we'll issue a refund.
4. Ownership
Upon full payment, the website and its content are owned by the client. LocalFronts retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. No guarantee of rankings
While we work to improve search visibility and AI recommendation, no agency can guarantee specific rankings, as search engine and AI algorithms are outside our control. We guarantee the work performed and stand behind our money-back guarantee where applicable.
6. Limitation of liability
LocalFronts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
